Not only do our home options range from minor to major transformations, but our team also ranges from home stagers to home construction.  We are both certified home stagers and provide detailed staging reports free of charge for each client’s home.  Moreover, we partner with quality contractors including carpenters, painters, electricians, and plumbers who bring solutions to our clients at reasonable prices.  We have evaluated and selected contractors who meet our criteria for providing timely, quality work using a cost-effective approach.  We do not own nor have any affiliated arrangements with our contractors, but we all work together as a team and, in the end, it shows! 

We also work with our clients as a team for those projects that do not require a contractor.  A client can take on as much or as little as he/she wants to and there are many transformation projects that can be done for little cost.  For example, many of our clients take on projects based on our staging report since our reports are very detailed and organized.  If additional help is needed…we are there to assist. 

In addition, because many of our clients, whether they are sellers or buyers who have relocated to the Cleveland area, we are always asked to recommend good, quality contractors and service providers. Olsen Ziegler Realty maintains an extensive database of reliable, affordable, quality service providers who are chosen based on their work, their experience, their pricing, and client satisfaction.  This is an invaluable resource for our clients and we are happy to do it!

SELLERS

When you choose Olsen Ziegler Realty to sell your house, we will evaluate your home and identify any potential issues that may cause buyer objections or flat out rejection right from the start.  Some of these issues include deferred maintenance items, poor traffic flow, obsolete room design, outdated bathrooms and kitchens, old flooring material, etc.   After evaluating your home, we will sit down with you and present our evaluation and Transform It! options that can remedy the issues.  We will discuss your budget parameters, your timeframe, and your participation in the project. Many remedies are as simple as clearing out the house by packing (which gives you a head start on moving), recycling, donating, or throwing away unused, unwanted, or unneeded items.   For projects that require a professional, we will ask our contractors to come in and provide an assessment and an estimate.  You are always welcome to ask other contractors as well.

BUYERS

Many buyers are anxious to put their “stamp” on their new home and Olsen Ziegler Realty can help with this process by providing a number of Transform It! options including:  a staged to live report, redesign suggestions, and full-blown renovation plans.  Based on budget parameters and living needs, we are always happy to help our clients by suggesting ideas and recommending solutions. If needed, our contractors are always available to provide estimates and to assist in determining the most cost-effective approaches.
